NAIL DOWN HARDWOOD INSTALLATION
The most popular way to install your hardwood material is Nail Down method. Our installers will nail solid or engineered hardwood to the wooden sub-floor.
GLUE DOWN HARDWOOD INSTALLATION
Some houses have concrete sub-floor. That means, we can not nail our hardwood material to concrete. We have to glue it. Unfortunately, it is nor recommended to glue solid hardwood to concrete sub-floor, so glue down method would be applicable only to engineered hardwood. Our installers will glue your engineered hardwood to the concrete sub-floor.
FLOATING HARDWOOD INSTALLATION
In some cases, we do not glue or nail our hardwood. We call it floating installation method. What it means is, our installers will glue every hardwood piece of material together, using tong and grove glue.
LAMINATE INSTALLATION
Laminate is great and durable material, also simple to install. All laminate materials have click-lock mechanism to attach laminate pieces together. Laminate material could be installed over wooden or concrete sub-floor.
TILE INSTALLATION
Tile installation is very delicate process. Tiles can be installed on both wooden or concrete sub-floor. The installation process usually takes longer then any other materials such as hardwood or laminate, also has to be installed with extra attention and skill. Our professional installers will do great job installing any types of tile such as: Natural stone, Porcelain, or VCT.
BASEBOARDS INSTALLATION/RE-INSTALLATION
Any flooring project would need baseboards. Very common question is: What is baseboard? Baseboard is a narrow wooden or MDF board running along the base of an interior wall. We would take out old baseboards and install new ones for you. So, in some cases, we don’t throw away old baseboards. We remove them off the wall, clean them up, and install baseboards back. After baseboards are installed, ether old or new, strongly recommend to do paint job on the baseboards.
SUB-FLOOR LEVELING AND REPAIR
After removing existing material such as: Hardwood, laminate, vinyl or carpet, some times, we see that the sub-floor is not even, or damaged. In this cases we have to fix it, or even replace a section of the sub-floor.
SANDING AND FINISHING
Sometimes, you already have hardwood installed in your home. But its been there for way to long, and face lift need to be done. Our professionals would sand your existing hardwood, removing all the scratches and dents. then they would apply multiple coats of polyurethane or oil, you will even have option to change the color of your old floor.
CARPET INSTALLATION
Carpet have been on the flooring market for many decades. It is soft and warm material. could be installed over any type of sub-floor, the most affordable product of all. We would love to help you to install it.
VINYL INSTALLATION
Flooring market is booming now with new types of flooring surfaces. Vinyl is one of them. It is water proof, dent and scratch resistant material. Vinyl planks have the same click-lock concept as laminate, also could be glued down. Normally, glue down method only be used for concrete sub-floor. Vinyl also refereed to as LVP, LVT, WPC, SPC. All of thous types of materials could be installed over wooden or concrete sub-floor.
